Resist the Devil: He will Flee from You
Can you identify a devil in your presence? The Bible, a timeless advisory for living, instructs that resistance will result in flight. Awesome advice and most would likely embrace this wholeheartedly. Problem is with the identification.
Judging from the devil’s work presented all around, the culprit is a field of blindness. Imagine a grassland full of non-seers. The devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Yes they roar. Now imagine this same meadow full of the blind and deaf. Not a pretty sight.
Your imagination is my reality. Stumbling about, in plain view, the majority is accommodating the devil’s work. Why? Because a blind eye and a deaf ear.
The world is full of messengers who are constantly being rebuffed. Not my problem, don’t believe it, beyond belief, no way, la, la, la. In response the devil’s prey falls silent.
Why are we disregarding the messenger? The devil made you do it. More truth then fiction. Funny how many of you will side with a devil, rather than believe the “obviously” frenzied one. Nice work.
Here is your first clue. If someone describes a behavior that is inconsistent with your experience, then pay attention. And yes, your messenger is probably hysterical. You would be too if you have just been through a similar encounter.
Once a person is devoured by a devil, and realizes it, they change their attitude. Others are subsequently assessed for the absence of empathy. This was not possible until their thinking was free of the empathetic bind for deliberation.
The empathetic bind is the belief that everybody’s behavior is run through the empathy test prior to action. A devil is devoid of this bind. Thus, they act without consideration for another’s feelings.
Those closest to a devil will say stuff like he doesn’t care, he is inconsiderate or he is mean. Hello, all of this is true. This is not emotions talking. This is a fact.
Thankfully, the devil will exhibit behavioral cues for all to see. These cues are blatant if you have vision. If not, you find humor in the incident. The reason you respond with laughter is your own restraint has prevented this action. Hence, isn’t it funny this guy has the balls to do it?
Nothing funny or courageous about it, the devil knows no different. Their act was not meant to tickle your funny bone. It is done out of desire without empathy. So congratulations. You are an official member of the devil’s fan club.
If you have a desire to drop out of the club, stop by my other pages to start the clue process. By the way, be self-controlled and alert out there.
Or else the devil will make you do it.
